Safari View Luxury Camp
Reservations & Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a written confirmation has been sent by Safari View Luxury Camp and the required deposit has been received. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak safari seasons.
Payments
A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance payable before arrival or as stated in the booking confirmation. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods. Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest or booking agent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Cancellation fees may apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before arrival – No cancellation fee
- 15 to 30 days before arrival – 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 15 days before arrival – 100% cancellation fee
- No show – 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking agreement or tour operator contract.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: From 15:00 PM
- Check-out time: Before 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability.
Camp Rules & Guest Responsibility
Guests are requested to respect camp rules, staff instructions, and park regulations. The camp is located in a wildlife area, and guests must always follow safety instructions provided by staff or guides.
Safari View Luxury Camp is not responsible for incidents caused by failure to follow safety instructions.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: From 15:00 PM
- Check-out time: Before 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability.
Liability
Safari View Luxury Camp is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Injury, illness, or accident during the stay or safari activities
- Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, road conditions, park regulations, or other factors beyond our control
Guests participate in safari activities at their own risk.
Force Majeure
Safari View Luxury Camp shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or transport disruptions.
Changes to Bookings
We reserve the right to change accommodation arrangements or services if necessary due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements of similar standard where possible.
Website Information
While we strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, Safari View Luxury Camp reserves the right to make changes to services, rates, and information without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
